Thai stocks opened down 0.02% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,704.97 points, down 0.36 points from Wednesday's close. The trade value was 2.41 billion baht with 328 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,091.41 points, down 0.27 points or 0.02%, with a total trade value of 1.44 billion baht. The MAI index went up 1.31 points or 0.24% to stand at 552.64 points with total transaction value of 702 million baht.
